Great responsiveness, Great customer service, Great pricing, and a Great roof repair installation! We had found a leak the day before Labor Day and needed it fixed right away. I spoke with Javier and explained the situation and He came right away, analyzed the problem and had it repaired along with other repairs my roof needed in just a few hours! I came home from work trip to find my roof in very bad condition. I contacted a few roof repair companies and Elite not only replied back very promptly but they also came to my home and discussed everything that was needed but also gave a very reasonable quote. They were able to get back to repair my roof, which had very extensive damage, within a few days of our agreement.
